Requirements



• Possess a University Bachelor's Degree
• Minimally 8-10 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on culture and engagement
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and high levels of experience for:
• Building programs and systems to support global replication and scaling
• Working in complex organizations on a global/regional scale
• Managing cross-functional performance results through influence
• Leveraging data-driven methods to evaluate and implement impactful strategies and initiatives
• Working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community and civic organizations, and customers
